supporting adults orientation
As part of our preparations for OneCamp 2026, we will be holding a Leader Orientation Day to ensure all Leaders are confident, informed, and ready for the event.
The orientation session will be held via Microsoft Teams on Saturday 14 February 2026 between 9am and 12pm AWST. Attendance is encouraged by all Supporting Adults, however, for those who cannot make it the meeting will be recorded and uploaded to our website.
HOW TO JOIN THE MS TEAMS MEETING
Step 1
Press the Join the Meeting button below to access the MS Teams meeting link.
Step 2
Press ‘Continue on this Browser’.
If you have a Scouts WA Microsoft Account, you can also choose to join via the Teams App.
Step 3
You may be prompted to give Teams access to your Camera and Microphone. Press ‘Allow This Time’.
Step 4
Enter your Name and Role/Unit, then press Join Meeting.
You will enter the Lobby until 9am when the Orientation Day begins and will then join the call.

Microsoft provides a How-To-Join guide available here. If you are unable to join the call and require further assistance, please email onecamp@scoutswa.com.au and our team monitoring the Inbox will provide support.
