The event fee includes:
- Event program, including all activities and evening entertainment.
- All accommodation costs.
- Transport to and from offsite activities.
- Transport to and from the event, including travel to and from Swan Valley for regional participants.
- All meals for the duration of OneCamp 2026.
- A merchandise pack including a badge and a shirt. (For Participants)
*Expeditions for Venturer Scouts and Rover Scouts will attract an additional fee, determined by the expedition chosen by the participant.

Payment schedule
Your first payment should be made online through on our Online Event Application System when you submit your application.
Remaining payments need to be made in accordance with the schedule below. Full payment can be made with the first payment should that be your preference.

Expedition fees
Expeditions for Venturer Scouts and Rover Scouts will attract an additional fee, determined by the expedition chosen by the participant.
Expeditions are optional – Venturer Scouts and Rover Scouts can attend the core event without attending an expedition if they choose. The payment schedule for expeditions will be advised once expeditions are announced later in 2025.
How to pay
All event fees can be paid online by credit card using our Online Event Application System.
Withdrawals and refunds
If after submitting an application you are unable to attend the event, you should advise the Event Team in writing as soon as possible by emailing onecamp@scoutswa.com.au.
In the case your application is OC Rejected; a full refund will be provided.
Withdrawal fees will apply as follows:
