Bringing our One Program vision to life, all participants from Joey Scouts to Rover Scouts will camp together in OneCamp Units, supported by adult Leaders. OneCamp Units will camp together, eat together, tackle activities together, and support wellbeing together. OneCamp Units will be grouped together to form OneCamp Villages.

MEET THE OneCamp Villages:
VILLAGE 1 - BUSHLAND
Based on Australia’s bush, the Bushland theme is about connection to nature and taking time to slow down. It reflects growth, balance, and learning from the environment around us. The bush is a place to feel grounded and connected.
VILLAGE 2 - COASTLINE
Drawing on WA’s beaches and shores, the Coastline theme is energetic, open, and full of life. It reflects movement, shared experiences, and the meeting point between land and sea. The Coastline is a place where people come together, explore, and enjoy the journey.
VILLAGE 3 - OUTBACK
Inspired by Australia’s vast interior, the Outback theme reflects resilience, self-reliance, and adventure. It’s about making the most of what you have and supporting each other in tough conditions. The Outback reminds us that strong communities grow in even the most remote places.
VILLAGE 4 - WATERWAYS
Inspired by rivers and wetlands, the Waterways theme is about flow, change, and working together. It reflects how water connects people and places along the way. Waterways remind us that adapting and supporting one another keeps everything moving forward.
OneCamp Units
OneCamp Units will be formed by pairing Scout Groups across Western Australia. In most instances, a metro Scout Group will be paired with a regional Scout Group – it’s a fantastic way to meet new people from across our state! You might even host a Patrol of interstate participants within your OneCamp Unit!
The adult support team in a OneCamp Unit is led by a Line Leader, who leads a team of Assistant Line Leaders. Each Assistant Line Leader is assigned a special responsibility such as program, logistics, administration, or wellbeing.
OneCamp Units may choose to nominate a OneCamp Unit Leader, a youth member with a leadership role in the OneCamp Unit, such as leading the OneCamp Unit Council.
