Catering

Your event fee includes all catering for the duration of your stay at OneCamp 2026. Catering for youth participants and Line Leaders will be provided through OneCamp Units, with catering provisions supplied daily from the Food Distribution Point.  

 Catering for overnight and day staff will be provided through the staff kitchen.  

 There are a variety of diets available at OneCamp 2026. These are intended to cater for all event attendees. All participants are automatically allocated to the Standard diet.  

 If you have a modified diet requirement, upon application you will be asked to select from one of the 16 non-standard diets. Please review the information below regarding each diet before making your selection on the medical tab of your online application.

Standard
All items are nut free and as such if that your only allergy, you should select this menu.
Dairy Free
Products containing milk or milk derivatives, either raw or baked, will have a suitable alternative.
Diabetic
Products containing a high sugar and/or fat content, will have a suitable alternative.
Egg Free
All products containing eggs, either raw or baked, will have a suitable alternative.
Gluten Free & Vegan
All products containing gluten and/or animal products (e.g., meat, milk, eggs, gelatin) will have a suitable alternative.
Gluten & Dairy Free
All products containing gluten and/or dairy, will have a suitable alternative.
Gluten Free
All products containing gluten, will have a suitable alternative.
Halal
All meat products will be purchased from a Halal butcher. Products containing gelatin will have a suitable alternative.
Kosher
All meat products purchased from a Kosher butcher. Products containing gelatin will be substituted. Non-dairy alternatives provided for any meal containing meat.
Lactose Free
We provide Lactose Free alternatives for raw milk products (for example, milk, cream, ice cream, cheese) but not for baked goods (for example, muffins, cakes, biscuits).
Low FODMAP
This menu follows the Monash FODMAP app and is also gluten and lactose free.
Low Fructose
High fructose products (for example, tomato paste, onion, garlic, chili) and anything containing gluten will have a suitable alternative.
Pork Free
All products containing pork, bacon, ham, and gelatin, will have a suitable alternative.
Red Meat Free
All red meat (for example, lamb, beef, pork) and products containing gelatin will have a suitable alternative. White meats (for example, poultry, fish) are included in this menu.
Vegan
All products containing any animal products (for example, meat, milk, eggs, gelatin) will have a suitable alternative.
Vegetarian
All meat products will have a suitable alternative. This includes products containing gelatin.

None of the available diets meet my requirements. What should I do? 

Given the size of the event, we request that, wherever possible, all participants attempt to select the most appropriate diet from the 17 options available.  

If you have very specific requirements, we may request that you provide your own food for the duration of the event.
