Participant Categories
Girl Guides can nominate from one of five age-based categories to attend OneCamp. When submitting an online application, Girl Guide participants should nominate a OneCamp participant category as this generates the correct payment schedule and program options.
When selecting from the ‘Scouting Role’ drop down menu on the ‘Personal’ tab of your online application, Girl Guide youth participants should select one of these categories: Joey Scout, Cub Scout, Scout, Venturer Scout, or Rover Scout. Do not select the ‘Guide’ category, as this will not generate the correct payment schedule or program options.
The table below outlines which category is available based on age in April 2026. Where two categories are available, the applicant can choose either of the participant categories. For example, an 8 year old Girl Guide can attend as either a Joey Scout or a Cub Scout.
Girl Guides attending in the Venturer Scout or Rover Scout category can choose to attend an Expedition. Discover the OneCamp 2026 Expeditions on offer here.

Travel arrangements for Girl Guides have not yet been finalised. More information will follow.
Event Fees
The fees for interstate participants are the same as those for Western Australian participants. Visit our Event Fees page to view the list of fees and the payment schedule.
An additional fee may be applied for Girl Guide participants by Girl Guides WA.
The event fee includes:
- Full event program, including all activities and evening entertainment.
- All accommodation costs.
- Transport to and from offsite activities.
- All meals for the duration of OneCamp 2026.
- A merchandise pack including a badge and shirt.
Expeditions for Girl Guides attending in the Venturer Scout and Rover Scout categories will attract an additional fee, determined by the expedition chosen by the participant. View the Expeditions here.

Your application will be passed to Girl Guides Western Australia for review and approval. Once all fees are paid, your application will then be reviewed by the OneCamp Event Team for approval.
Applications close at midnight on 30 November 2025.
Girl Guide participants will get to select various aspects of their OneCamp program just like Scouts Australia participants. Program selections will be available once official applications go live later in 2025.
All youth Girl Guide participants will be accommodated within a OneCamp Unit. Depending on the number of Girl Guide attendees, there may be more than one Girl Guide Unit.
The fees for Girl Guide participants are the same as those for Scout Australia participants.
