Today your roving THE DAILY ONECAMP reporter Jai went for a walk to check out what the Outback Village units have come up with for their gateways. First on his list of units to visit was unit O11, but while he was there to check out their awesome gateway, he instead ended up interviewing an awesome Cub from Duncraig.

His name is Micah and he is really excited to be here at OneCamp 2026! He told Jai that he is most excited for the Discover Quest adventure he is attending tomorrow. Other activities at OneCamp he has enjoyed included hatched throwing at the Curiosity activity zone.

Micah has also given a presentation at his school on Scouts on Founders Day (Baden Powell’s birthday), talking about Scouting is. He spoke about some of the benefits of Scouting like learning cool new skills and making new friends. We think this is pretty cool!
