Ingredients

  • Beef Mince  
  • Carrot whole  
  • Cheese grated parmesan  
  • Cordial Fruit Cup 
  • Cordial lemon  
  • Cucumber  
  • Dressing balsamic  
  • Garlic bread  
  • Garlic minced  
  • Lettuce iceberg whole  
  • Onions brown  
  • Onions red  
  • Pasta penne  
  • Sauce pasta tomato & basil 
  • Tomato diced tinned 
  • Tomato whole  

Ingredients (modified diets) 

 

  • Cheese grated cheddar VEGAN (DF, GFVG, GDF, VG) 
  • Cheese grated LF (LF, LFOD) 
  • Garlic bread GF VEGAN (DF, GFVG, GDF, GF, LF, LFOD, VG)  
  • Minced beef HALAL (HA)  
  • Mushrooms sliced (GFVG, RMF, VG, VE)  
  • Pasta penne GF VEGAN (GFVG, GDF, GF, LFOD, LFR)  
  • Pasta sauce red wine & tomato GF VEGAN FF (LFOD, LFR)  
  • Zucchini (GFVG, RMF, VG, VE)  

Steps

  1. In a large pot, add your mince, brown onion, and garlic. Cook until browned. Once cooked, add the tinned tomatoes and pasta sauce. Stir, bring to a simmer then turn down to medium so it bubbles gentle. 
  2. Fill your large pots with water and begin to boil. Once boiling, add some salt and your pasta and cook per the instructions on the packet. When cooked, carefully drain, and keep pasta warm. 
  3. While your pasta and Bolognese sauce are cooking, using a chopping board, and prepare your salad. Use the cucumbers, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and carrot. 
  4. Heat the garlic bread on the BBQ in foil, for 2 minutes on each side. Serve the pasta and add the mince sauce. Garnish with grated cheese. Don’t forget to grab some salad & garlic bread!
