Chicken teriyaki stir fry, potato, veggies

EQUIPMENT

  • Three big pots  

Ingredients

  • Carrot whole  
  • Chicken Teriyaki skinless breast stir fry  
  • Cordial Fruit Cup  
  • Cordial lemon  
  • Frozen Broccoli Florets  
  • Garlic minced  
  • Onions brown 
  • Potato white (large)  

Note: the chicken teriyaki stir fry is gluten free.  

 

Ingredients (modified diets) 

  • Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce GF VEGAN (GFVG, VG, VE)  
  • Chicken breast Halal (HL) 
  • Tofu VEGAN GF (GFVG, VG, VE)  

Steps

  1. Get a big pot of water boiling. It can take up to 30 minutes for this step. Peel and chop the potatoes, then carefully add them to the boiling water. 
  2. Peel and chop the carrots into small pieces. Pop them into one of the pots of boiling water and cook until tender. Carefully drain and keep warm. 
  3. Heat the BBQ and smear some oil. Chop the onion and brown it on the BBQ along with some minced garlic.  
  4. Add the chicken teriyaki mix to the BBQ and thoroughly cook. Make sure all the chicken is white all the way through.  
  5. Add the broccoli to the third pot of boiling water and cook as per the instructions on the pack.  
  6. Get ready to serve and enjoy!
